Information we collect
When you take the NurseLeap quiz, we process your responses locally to generate your career match results. We do not store individual quiz answers tied to your identity unless you submit your email address.
When you submit your email to access your Career Transition Report, we collect that email address and associate it with your matched role.
If you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or payment details.
How we use your information
We use your email address to deliver your Career Transition Report, send career guidance relevant to your matched role, and notify you of product updates. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in the footer of every message we send.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
ConvertKit handles email delivery and list management. Your email is stored in ConvertKit under their privacy policy at convertkit.com/privacy.
Stripe handles payment processing under their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Supabase provides database infrastructure for storing account and results data.
Vercel provides website hosting and deployment.
Cookies
NurseLeap uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@nurseleap.com. If you are in the EU or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including the right to data portability and the right to opt out of any sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data.
Data retention
We retain your email and role match for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify active users of material changes by email. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
